Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
EU Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer standard shipping across the European Union for a flat rate of €14.99.
Estimated delivery times:
- Western EU (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria): 3–5 business days
- Southern EU (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Malta, Cyprus): 5–8 business days
- Northern EU (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 5–7 business days
- Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia): 5–8 business days
UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Times UK orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the UK via Royal Mail. Rates and delivery timeframes are shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
- Next day delivery: 1 business day (order before 12pm)
Domestic Shipping (Ireland) Standard delivery via An Post. Rates and timeframes are shown at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sarah@thecanterclub.ie and we'll investigate with the carrier promptly.
